Punctuality
Please be ready at the scheduled time of your appointment. We manage multiple appointments and adhere to a strict schedule. Any additional wait time may result in extra charges or cancellation of the trip. Prorated to $10 every 15 minutes.

Alcohol Policy
Absolutely no alcohol consumption or open containers are allowed in the vehicle. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. This policy is enforced with no exceptions.

No Food or Drinks
Consuming food or drinks in the vehicle is not allowed. A fee up to $299.00 may be assessed if cleanup is required.

Child Safety
If you have small children, please ensure they are securely seated at all times. Additionally, please prevent them from kicking or pulling on any items in the vehicle. You may request that the child door lock be enabled for added safety, as it is usually off.

Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately after the service is completed or upon receipt of an invoice. A $10 late fee will be automatically applied if payment is not made within 1 day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of $40

Damage Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their passengers. Any damage will be assessed, and repair costs will be billed accordingly.

Luggage Policy
Please ensure that your luggage fits within the vehicle's capacity. If additional space is required, a Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier can be provided for an extra fee.

Behavior and Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the service without a refund.

Pet Policy
If you plan to travel with pets, please notify us in advance. Pets must be in a carrier or restrained safely during the ride. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Service animals are an exception, but we kindly ask that you still notify us in advance.

Known Additional Charges
There could be some additional charges which are known at the time of booking the appointment and will be clearly displayed in your appointment notification and confirmation text sent by our scheduling system.

Unknown Additional Charges
There could be some additional charges which are not known at the time of booking the appointment. These will be clearly displayed in your invoice, or these will be notified to you if not paying via Credit Card
