How does the airport pickup work?
Once we arrive to the airport we park and wait at the cell phone lot. This lot is about 5 to 10 minutes from the terminal depending on traffic conditions. We will send you a text message letting you know that we are near the terminal. Once you have cleared customs for international arrivals and once you have picked up your luggage, please send us a message and let us know the door number. Do not go to the taxi or shuttle waiting area as we do not have access to this area.
South Terminal Doors: S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, and S6 (The entire terminal is a domestic for domestic flights and is used exclusively by Delta Airlines) Normally S4, S5, and S6 are the easiest to pickup from, but it is not required that you go there.
North Terminal Doors: N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, and N6 (This terminal serves all other airlines for domestic flights) Normally N4, N5, and N6 are the easiest to pickup from, but it is not required that you go there.
International Terminal Doors: A1, A2, and A3 (This terminal serves all incoming international flights) A2, and A3 are usually the easiest to pickup from, however it is not required that you go there.
We will pick you up curb side. If you are familiar with the airport and want us to go to the lower terminal in the north or south terminals we can.

Is the "Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier" secure?
Yes, this can safely carry up to 500 lbs. We use a cargo cover that will keep your luggage safe from the elements. The cargo will be securely fastened to the carrier using multiple elastic bands.

Is a gratuity necessary or expected, and how much should I tip?
While gratuity is optional, it is customary and greatly appreciated. In Forsyth County and similar areas, a typical tip ranges from 15% to 20% of the total fare, with some clients opting to tip 20% to 25% for exceptional service. The amount you choose to tip is entirely up to you and reflects your satisfaction with the service provided.

How is the wait time fee calculated?
We charge $10 per every 15 minutes of wait time. This comes up to $40 per hour.
For example:
If your pickup time from your residence is at 3 pm and you are not ready until 3:12 pm then there will be a $10 charge for wait time.
If you are not ready until 3:16 then there will be a charge of $20

Why do you charge for wait time on airport pickups?
In the past, we did not charge for wait times, trusting that clients would be considerate of our schedule and either limit the wait time or compensate us with a substantial tip. Unfortunately, this was not always the case. We often encountered situations where clients chose to wait for missing luggage because it was more convenient for them than having the airline deliver it or returning to the airport at a later time. This led to extended wait times, sometimes exceeding 3 hours, which impacted our ability to serve other clients and resulted in lost revenue. To ensure that we can manage our schedule effectively and fairly, we introduced a wait time charge. This policy helps both parties make informed decisions about whether to wait at the airport or arrange for a later pickup.

Do I need to notify you if my flight is delayed or early?
No, we monitor the arrival time of your flight using the provided flight number, so there's no need to notify us. However, feel free to reach out if you wish.
